Complains Procedure for Mediation Cases

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any aspect of my conduct or performance during the course of mediation, you are free to set out the nature of your complaint in writing and send it to me via email or, alternatively. I will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days. I will thereafter investigate your complaint thoroughly, providing a substantive response within 21 working days of receipt of your initial complaint.
