What is Mediation?
Mediation is a procedure in which the parties discuss their disputes with the assistance of a trained impartial third person(s) who assists them in reaching a settlement. The mediator is a facilitator who has no power to render a resolution to the conflict.

We are a Civil Mediation Council certified mediation provider, mediating online using telephone and video calling technology or in person, at our business address.
Mediation fees for claims up to £50,000 are fixed as agreed with the Civil Mediation Council, whilst for claims over £50,000 we remain competitive with other providers of mediation.

Prices for Online and In Person Mediation
- For claims up to £5,000: £125 for two hours mediation session per party.
- For claims between £5,001 up to £15,000: £320 for three hours session per party.
- For claims between £15,000 up to £50,000: £450 for four hours session per party.
If allocated time is exceeded then, upon agreement to continue, you are charged an additional £100 per party per hour. For in person mediation additional costs may apply for interpreter services etc. Travel costs will not be charged without prior agreement.
