Mediation is a structured process in which the parties discuss a dispute with the assistance of a trained and impartial mediator. The mediator does not impose a decision. Their role is to facilitate communication, clarify the issues and help the parties explore whether an agreement can be reached.
Flexible mediation, with clear fees.
We offer online and in-person mediation for civil disputes. For claims up to £50,000, our fees follow the fixed rates agreed with the Civil Mediation Council. For claims above £50,000, fees are agreed according to the circumstances of the dispute.
